My review for tcf bank is that ,i have been discrimation against on so many occassion by the tcf bank employee in the state of Illinios because I have inquiry about my accounts for overdraft charges.
I have also been give false information that i was going to be contact by upper management and no one has contact me yet in regard of the false overdraft that i have been charge with and still been charge with so my next step is to go a different rout.

Tfc gets off easy in cases such as these. Start being proactive and post about them everywhere. Tell your stories to everyone you know even your local news station. They may be a bank and they may think they can do what they want due to having alot of money but they arent that smart. I suggest contacting a good lawyer. It may be expensive at first but in the end tfc will have to pay you back.
They will in the end pay your lawyer and for you to sue them. There are more of us then them. This is our money. Money we have paid these idiots to rob us. Then you go making purchases and they hit you with nsf over and over.
Then your deposit magically appears after the nsf appear and your in the hole…over and over and over again. Kinda funny how tfc has and is being sued for this right now. Look it up. Having major problems with a branch band and customer service department. They are refusing to give me corporate phone to file a complaint. Your bank is refusing to help me to is stealing my money. Nancy Aiello. This is terrible customer service especially because have been with TCF since They just did the same thing to me This request was given when she was in her early term of her pregnancy. There are certain policies and courtesy issues that should be given towards your employees. I understand the issues that can occur for providing your staff with chairs while working, but than you have special situations that out of courtesy and concern for your employees should be accommodated.
The request was made to the previous manager and current manager, and we have yet to see any change happen. I have to move my business accounts away from TCF. On Monday, January 23, , I inquired at the branch if that check had cleared and was told by Ms. Elizabeta Mujic, branch supervisor, that it had cleared. Mujic if the check had really cleared, and she again assured me that it had. Then, I find out that the check had, in fact, not cleared but was only showing available funds.
I did not withdraw any funds on that check. I feel that the branch supervisor, Ms. I am appalled that TCF Bank would allow such a practice to be utilized. Do you understand the financial disaster I am now in because of allowing these funds to be withdrawn?
I opened the ZEO card, which was kool, to make deposits and such, but account was closed and no one knew why!?! They barley know or understand how to open the account, add money or withdrawal.
