Where is encore cc

Did I assume wrong? So I understand Adobe is encouraging people to get on the latest versions. But how do I install Encore CS6 now? Every hardware and software manufacturer licenses technology from other companies and developers. This particular situation has a lot of speculation swirling around it, since there may or may not be an ongoing lawsuit. And that could relate to any part of any given application.

Remember you never own any software that you purchase. However, if I had some warning, I would have made sure I had Encore on every system where I might need it. For the future, what do people use besides Encore these days? Anything more user friendly than Scenarist? They have only left it available up until recently. Encore being the last of the batch, because enough people screamed. The general consensus — right or wrong — by software manufacturers, is that physical consumer media CD, DVD, Blu-Ray is dead and, therefore, they have quit catering to those needs.
